Gabriel Gomez founded National Development Group with a straightforward purpose: to build a commercial construction company that professional operators in Ventura County could actually depend on. With deep experience in project management, California building codes, and the operational demands of occupied facility work, Gabriel built NDG around the clients most contractors were consistently underserving.
Every commercial remodel and renovation NDG takes on reflects the standard Gabriel set when he founded the company. Fixed pricing before the contract is signed, direct communication throughout the build, and a project lead who is accountable for the full scope from the first site walk through the final walkthrough. That standard has not changed since the first project and it applies to every client regardless of project size.
